Browsing and Posting

You can post messages to the forum either by starting a new thread or by replying to an existing thread.

From the Board Index follow the link on the title of the board you wish to go to. This will take you to the message index for the board.

To view an existing thread follow the link on the subject of the thread. This displays a list of messages in chronological order.

You can reply to a thread by pressing which appears in several places, or by using the "Quick Reply" form at the bottom of the page. The Quick Reply facility does not allow you to select smilies from the window but you can still enter the text equivalents.

Pressing takes you to a new form on which you can enter your message. Having done this press "Post".

To start a new thread press . this takes you to a new page on which you can enter your message text. You must enter a subject in order to start a thread. After typing your message press "Send".

You can modify a message that you have already posted by pressing . This will display your message on the entry form so that you can edit it as required and then press "Save".

You may also delete your own message by pressing .

Unless you are an administrator, you can only edit and delete your own messages.

The path to the current thread or board is shown at the top of the page. You can navigate to the message index, category index or board index by following the link on the corresponding path element. To return to the board index you can also press from any page.
